Clutch Pedal Shaft, 1972-79 Bug #16-1249B

Many clutch pedal shafts on the market today are improperly made, making your clutch system either unreliable, or hard to operate. This unit has just the right length to work with the longer transmission operating lever found on late model (72-79) beetles and super beetles. We do not recommend this unit for pre 72 bugs, as its length can make the pedal pressure harder than normal. Please make sure you have chassis number 112 2076 467 or later to insure compatibility.
